Professor Yahya Michot report for the prosecution on audio transcripts
Professor Michot, a fellow in Islamic studies at Oxford University was tasked by the prosecution in their case against Mohammed Hamid to review the covert audio recordings relied on in the case against him.
Professor Michot's conclusion that the audio recordings showed no evidence of a) planning of a terrorist operation in the UK or abroad. b) tactical thinking related to such an operation c) terrorist technical training in the preparation and/or manipulation of bombs and other explosives or their components (chemical/electrical etc) d) During the years covered by them, these transcripts reveal neither radicalisation nor evolution toward any of these a b or c.
The prosecution declined to use this report in the case against Hamid!
